I have published three Ebooks which are available to purchase and download from the Amazon Kindle Store.

This book consists of 15 short duets which have been written specifically for students who want to play music together. The duets in this book introduce classic ‘call and response’ motives, standard blues progressions, repetitive riffs and modern chord progressions. The student is encouraged to develop their understanding of modern music whilst learning short pieces and most importantly, enjoy playing with friends, other instrumentalists or their tutor.

This book serves as the perfect lesson guide for both students and teachers alike.

Full tracks and backing tracks are provided for each song, all of which can be downloaded for free through Soundcloud.

This instructional ebook is aimed at the complete beginner. Despite the numerous titles available on the market which are aimed at the beginner guitarist, none of the titles seemed to be able to cover a comprehensive and simplified approach to playing the guitar. The book breaks everything down into twelve easy lessons, allowing the reader to work at their own pace and digest it all in manageable blocks.

Where required, the lessons come with accompanying material. The video lessons are available on this playlist and the audio is both embedded in the ebook and available on Soundcloud.

Most musicians don’t know how to practise. This book wants to change that.

Charlie Tottman explains how an understanding of the deeper aspects of practice will change the way that you think, practise and play, forever.

He reveals:

  • Why talent is an awful word

  • What ‘effective practice’ is and how to use it

  • Why you should embrace failure and how you can use it to become a better musician

From motivation, through to failure and then success, Woodshedding takes apart the whole practice process and delves deep into the stuff that no-one talks about.

This book won’t show you which notes to play but it will show you how to change the way that you think. Who knows, it might even change your life.
